When a loyal police dog and his owner, a police officer, are injured together, a brain-saving but life-saving surgery brings the two together and Dog Man is born. Dogman is sworn to protect and serve, as well as fetch, sit and roll over. As Dogman embraces his new identity and attempts to impress his boss (Lil Rel Howery, Get Out, The Free Guy), he must stop the rather evil feline supervillain Pete the Cat (Pete Davidson; Saturday Night Live, The King of Staten Island). Petey’s ultimate plan is to clone himself, creating Lil Petey the Kitten to double his criminal abilities. But things get complicated when Lil Petey forms an unexpected bond with a dog lover. When Lil Petey falls into the clutches of a mutual enemy, Dog Man and Petey reluctantly join forces in an action-packed race against time to save the young kitten. In doing so, they discover the power of family (and kittens!) to bring together even the most hostile enemies.
